> WHAT IS A SHRINE.EXE
In simple terms, a shrine is a webpage that is created by the webmaster to show a love/adoration for a piece of media, whether that be a TV show, a book or a specific character. They are often seen exclusively on personal webpages and include some sort of design element like photos or just anything that can be visually seen that is in relation to the topic of the shrine page.
Shrines usually include who the character is/what the media is, why they love it, and their personal enjoyments relating to that topic. These can also be based on their own OCs and sotries. There is no limit to what you can and can't make it based off of.
We use shrines to express ourselves, find enjoyers of the same fandoms, and create new fandoms for original universes and characters.

This is my first time creating shrines, but after doing a lot of research, here are some great ideas for if you don't know what to put in a shrine.
Links to related fanfiction, links to other shrines, blinkies (collected or made by yourself), same with stamps-dividers-etc, moodboards, userboxes if its a character focused shrine, poetry, fanart, headcannon list, reasons why you enjoy this media/character, timeline of how you got introduced and how you ended up loving the media/character, polls, letters to speciifc characters, etc.
